Refund Eligibility

Because we ship live plants and seeds, we do not offer refunds for:

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The wrong items were sent
Products were severely damaged before export (under our responsibility) and cannot be salvaged.
The order was lost in transit due to a courier error within Spain

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

If your plants arrive in poor condition due to shipping mishandling or a mistake on our part:

Take clear photos of the issue immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours.
We’ll assess the situation and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Orders outside of the European Union require a Phytosanitary Certificate. However:

Some countries may require import permits or additional documentation.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local import laws.
No refunds are given if the shipment is rejected or destroyed due to missing permits or unapproved imports.

If your refund is approved:

A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
It may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not refund or replace:

Plants showing signs of stress from normal shipping conditions.
Orders where customers provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
We are not responsible for delays, rejection, or damage caused during customs inspection in the buyer’s country.
