We ship palm seedlings, seeds, and other plants safely and efficiently to customers all over the world. On this page, you'll find details about how we pack, shipping costs, delivery options, and important information for international orders.
How We Pack
We take great care in packing every order to ensure your plants and seeds arrive healthy, safe, and ready to grow.
🌱 Seedlings (Bare Root)
Seedlings without pots are shipped bare root, meaning the roots are cleaned and wrapped in moist material, then sealed in airtight bags.
This method:
-Keeps the plants healthy during transit.
-Reduces overall package weight and size.
-Makes shipping very affordable, especially across Europe.
We’ve tested this method extensively, and the seedlings survive several weeks, even months, in the packaging without issues. Once planted and watered, they start to grow again quickly if correctly maintained.

🌰 Seeds
-Seeds are cleaned from the fruits, labeled, and packed in plastic pouches.
-They are cushioned inside the parcel if needed to avoid any damage during shipping.
-All species are clearly marked for easy identification upon arrival.
🪴 Potted Plants
Larger plants or those shipped in pots are:
-Well secured inside the box to avoid any damage during shipping.
-Moisture is contained to preserve root health.
Care After Delivery
When your seedlings arrive:
If possible, Unpack them immediately and plant them right away, do not leave them exposed or let the roots dry out.
Soak the roots in clean water to rehydrate. (optional)
Plant in well-draining soil, in a pot or directly in the ground.
Water thoroughly, but avoid fertilizing during the first two weeks.
Keep the soil moist, especially while the plant adapts, never allow it to dry out completely.
Maintain a warm environment to help the seedling resume active growth quickly.
Do not place in direct sun immediately. Allow the seedling to adjust gradually by starting in bright, indirect light, increasing sun exposure over 7-10 days.
With proper care, seedlings recover fast and typically begin growing within days.
Note: Care requirements can vary depending on the species. Some palms may need more shade, warmth, or humidity than others. Always check the specific care guidelines for your species or contact us if you’re unsure.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide and welcome orders from customers in every country. For destinations outside the European Union, we include a Phytosanitary Certificate, ensuring your plants meet import regulations and arrive without issues.
Our international shipping process is designed to be smooth and reliable:

Important for International Buyers (Outside the European Union)
Please be aware that some countries require import permits or additional documentation to receive plant products. While we provide a Phytosanitary Certificate for all non-EU orders, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:
Check their country’s import regulations.
Obtain any necessary import permits.
Inform us in advance if additional documents are required.

Shipping Costs & Carriers
We offer cost-effective and safe delivery options for all orders, with shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout.
- UPS
Most orders are shipped with UPS for fast, trackable, and reliable delivery across Europe and worldwide. This method includes a Phytosanitary Certificate for orders outside of European Union. Processing time: 1-4 business days (may take longer for bigger orders). Delivery within 2-5 business days.
- Correos (Standard Mail)
For small seed orders, we also offer a low-cost option using Correos (national postal service). Processing time: 1-4 business days. Delivery within 3-10 business days.
⚠️ Note:
• Within the EU: No Phytosanitary Certificate is needed, and delivery by Correos is generally safe and reliable.
• Outside the EU: This method does not include a Phytosanitary Certificate, and buyers accept the risk of customs issues. We recommend choosing UPS for international orders outside the EU.
Bulk Orders & Wholesale
Shipping for large or wholesale orders is calculated individually.
